Virtual Assistant Rates
Fees for virtual assistant services rendered will be based on $30 an hour. Rates apply to hours actually worked in 15 minute increments. There will be a minimum charge of $15.00. Our fees do not include office supplies, paper, postage, courier, long distance etc. These will be charged on an at cost basis.
Pay As You Go
This fee schedule works well for those who wish to acquire our services on a project by project basis. Half hour minimum is charged.
Retainer
This fee schedule provides clients with on going virtual assistant services of a pre-determined amount of hours each month. This is a guaranteed investment ensuring that your administrative work is given priority. If you wish BG Vital Advantage to provide office administration services to you on a regular basis discounts are available based on the number of guaranteed hours per month.
24/7 Service
BG Vital Advantage realizes that there are emergency situations where you need office assistance for a job that needs to be done immediately. Our 24/7 Service caters to that need. We will gladly help you out of the pinch. There will be a 25% surcharge to provide this service.
The Good Word Bonus
We appreciate you referring our office administration services to others. Our way of saying thank you is to give you a 15% discount on your next invoice if someone attains our services based on your recommendation (discount not to exceed $200).
